Seriously where does the time go? I want to be happy for him to celebrate his 2nd birthday but just can’t! My third child is no longer a baby but officially a toddler. My baby isn’t a baby anymore. HOW can he be 2 already!!! Either way, I of course had to let him have a 2nd birthday cake smash! He was the first child EVER to chat with me during his cake smash (hahaha truth, I’ve done over 100 cake smashes and not one word from any child). This kids vocabulary is through the roof. He could say probably 150 words at a year and a half! He ended it with “Mom, lets go upstairs and wash my feet, I’m done!” hahahaha
He makes me smile though, he’s definitely the goofball of our family (well we have three, but he’s the biggest goofball!). He makes us laugh every single day with his wit and charm and I am so grateful this little man calls me mommy. Thank you Grady, for teaching me that life without laughter is no life at all. Love you Gradybear.

This evening was just gorgeous (a tad windy maybe haha), and this mommy to be was absolutely gorgeous. It was such a pleasure to meet these two to capture their maternity photos for them! I had so much fun meeting these two and shooting this maternity session! I absolutely love photographing pregnant Mommies! Pregnancy is so amazing and so exciting! And NOW, I am so excited to meet this little baby!!!!!! (Congrats Mom and Dad!!!!! yay!) I can’t wait to catch up with you and hear all about it!!!! We totally lucked out with the weather, it was threatening to rain but it ended up just gorgeous out!

My heart is so full. It was so amazing to photograph this incredible family and capture these family photos for them. We have been friends for many many years…….not only were mom and dad in our wedding party, we got to be at theirs. So many things have changed over all these years, and your family is just the sweetest. It was so amazing to see you guys even if it was just a quick visit. We love you and can’t wait for the next time we see each other <3

Well this handsome little guy was literally a dream in the studio for his newborn session! If all babies were like him, my job would be way too easy! I still wish I could have kept him, he has the sweetest little personality! haha I was so excited to hear that this little one was born! His Mommy is kinda like superwoman (and I am guessing nerves of steel with all boys!). Its so neat to see the resemblance in baby Hendrik, It feels like a couple months ago I was shooting his big brothers newborn session! He’s such a lucky baby boy to have such an incredible family to go home too. Congrats to you all, he really is the cutest little guy! (I think he may just be my favorite other than mine :O)
Don’t blink, cause next thing you know he will be getting married.
